Elegant signed hand-painted porcelain urn lamp featuring finely executed romantic and pastoral scenes with cherubs and classical landscapes.
The artwork is signed “F. Peroche” on the porcelain body and accented with extensive gilt decoration throughout.
The lamp features ornate cast brass handles with figural faces, brass collar and base trim, a Sevres turquoise and white porcelain body, and a dual-light socket assembly. The hand-painted scenes display exceptional detail and coloration, including a romantic cherub motif and classical architectural landscape.
The lamp has been tested and is working. Brass components exhibit an attractive aged patina consistent with age. Porcelain appears free of cracks or repairs from inspection.
